30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To begin a return, please email us at info@gornvb.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the original product and place a new order separately once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
